GTR Fees

GTR maintains a transparent fee structure, designed to accommodate its diverse member base. For new members, there’s an initiation fee of $575. The monthly charges stand at $115 per office, with an added $27 per month for individual licenses within the office. Appraisers joining GTR are subject to a one-time initiation fee of $75, followed by a monthly fee of $50 per member.
