Greater Chattanooga Realtors (GCAR) was established in 1912 and has its headquarters in Chattanooga, Tennessee. More than 2,400 members throughout Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia are served by GCAR. CGAR serves the counties of Hamilton, Sequatchie, Catoosa, Dade, and Walker as a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. In order to fulfill the changing needs of the real estate market, the dual-state MLS strives to offer its members the best programs and services.
